Real Estate Transactional

Steve Drenner has worked as a real estate attorney for more than 35 years. The first 15 years of his practice were spent as a transactional real estate attorney representing landowners, developers and financial institutions in all aspects of the real estate business. For the past 20 years, Mr. Drenner has focused his practice on land use and entitlement law. Many clients who engage Drenner Group for its entitlement needs, also elect to have Drenner Group provide the necessary transactional real estate work related to such entitlements. With assistance from fellow attorneys, Greta Goldsby, Jordan Cronin and Harry Jung, Mr. Drenner will provide real estate transactional services when those services are connected with an entitlement case.
